Mioly User Agreement

1. User Conduct

1. You agree to comply with Chinese laws and regulations when using Mioly, and shall not post or disseminate:

• Illegal, harassing, fraudulent, or advertising content;
• Content that infringes on others' privacy, intellectual property or other rights;
• Other content violating public order or platform rules.

2. You may report violations through the reporting function. The platform will take measures including functional restrictions or account suspension based on severity.

2. Accounts & Data

1. Registration requires email, age, birthday (profile picture optional).

2. You may delete your account at any time; data will be permanently removed from databases.

3. You may request data deletion, but data export is not supported.

3. Disclaimer

1. You are solely responsible for posted content. The platform reserves the right to remove violations.

2. The platform is not liable for data loss due to force majeure (e.g., network failures, cyberattacks).

4. Intellectual Property

You grant Mioly a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use your content for operation and promotion purposes.

5. Modifications & Disputes

1. This agreement may be updated with notice requiring re-acceptance.

2. Disputes shall be governed by Chinese law under Nanning jurisdiction.
